What Is A Good Workout And Eating Plan For Getting Onto The Front Cover Of A Magazine?
I want to be on the cover of a fitness magazine. The problem is that I need to lose 80 pounds of fat. Once you lose fat, I can be on the cover and spread the gospel of how to achieve a hot, toned body. Then you can write an excerpt from my article on how Yahoo! Answers staff helped me reach my goal. How long can lose 80 pounds safely? I'm thinking about 7 months.

Goals are great, but it must be active first and eat right.
If you want to save your results for posterity, either, but no lasting health plan will allow you to lose 80 pounds in 7 months. Think 3-4 years of solid exercise and healthy eating.
Run 2 miles a day, 6 days a week.
Buy a good pair of shoes and clothing that keeps you cool at work.
You might consider a heart rate monitor so you do not strain your heart with the initial excess of 80 pounds.

I think if you lose more than 5-10 pounds in a month which only opens the door to win again - nothing to lose little by little - space to yourself and be better in the long term
Timeline good! 3 meals a day (keep daily diet if you eat Wright below) no soda or junk food, start with a morning of work before lunch, 1 to 2 hours after breakfast than 2 hours of classes or just in time waking busy. Running before lunch with a mile of work until lunch at least 5 miles or more class and study occupation time and study time for dinner.
