Not Good, But Great Fitness Magazine??!?

Shape, Fitness, Men's Fitness, Health and Fitness. All these magazines seem to be full of ads, and the exercises and advice is anything that does not know or could do myself. In short, that "suck".
  Is there a gym Big / muscle magazines out there that are $ 20. 00 or less? :) Thanks

  Please suggest me a good magazine that covers fitness, diet, exercises, reps, sets, protein, councils of mass rapid construction, etc. The reason I ask is this: I'm working out from 6 months , no increase at all.
