Women who work out at Crossfit So Cal are not the stereotype women bodybuilder/weightlifters you would see in a Muscle and Fitness Magazine. They are strong, beautiful, feminine and capable. I took this video because as I watched Desi working out. I thought she was a nice example of what I commonly see at our gym. Strong women who aren’t afraid to lift weights, sweat, work hard and redefine what a fit woman is.
