I got a couple issues, and they don’t seem to be up-to-date with the latest research in exercise and nutrition. I’ve read Iron Man and Muscle and Fitness and thought I’d give this one a try. I prefer Iron Man and Muscle and Fitness as they provide both “classic” information and updates on the latest research with quoted sources.

This way beats Men’s health which is what I used to subscribe to. This is more health oriented with workout tips which is what I’m interested in.

For guys who want to keep up with the latest in fitness, this magazine is the best. Just like the subtitle of the mag says, “No B. S. ” And they’re true to their word.

I have now purchased three Maximum Fitness magazines. I have long been a fan of Men’s Health, but quite honestly, it’s the same stuff in their every month. I like Max Fit alot because it provides “new” information and it is the only magazine that I can say I constantly refer back to. I find myself carrying it to work and to the gym to read and reference. I read most of the articles multiple times and it is just all around informative. It does suck it only comes out 6 times per year, but at least they don’t publish the same stuff everytime like Men’s Health! You will enjoy this magazine - I sure have.
