If you believe the hype on the label, you’re a fool. But it does help. I increased my bench press weight by 20 lbs in 4 weeks and continue to increase by 10lbs approx every 2 weeks.
The taste is okay, little tuff to get used to. Very strong. If you mix it with a bunch of water its not bad. Creatine breaks down in water so you have to drink it relatively fast. I add 1 scoop to about 8 ounces and gulp it down. I recommend it!

Fruit punch tastes great. It seems you have to use the product reliably for it to work. I did notice later on that I was getting more sets in faster. Can’t say I have tried any other creatine products for comparison, but I would reccomend taking it if your going to the gym and your serious about getting more sets in a workout.
