    @krindt19 it shouldnt be, im assume u dont exercise with ur arms often, because your wrist are being sensitive to this , when its not like push ups or anything,
    but u can warm up everything before doing any sort of exercise and maybe u wont hurt ur self,
    like roll ur wrist , press on the floor with ur palms facing in different directions ,. . .
    hard to explain with words O_O

    @howiecole123 SOME PEOPLE GAIN TOO MUCH FAT IN THERE ASS, SO THEY NEED TO TONE IT TO NOT GET CELLULITE OR STRETCH MARKS< BUT IF U HAVE STRETCH MARKS ALREADY< DOING BUT EXERCISES WILL HELP THE MUSCLE GROW AND MAKE THEM LESS VISIBLE

    The norm for any new exercise is 4 repetitions of 12 on each side. If you feel that isn’t enough go for 5 of 12.
