    its not so much about tone, tone is just for showing off if you want to benefit yourself just build muscle and tone will come later and as for legs, calves are the hardest muscles to get stronger

    I got a question. Im super skinny, as a Sophmore in High School. Im only 5″8 and 100 lbs. I want to get in shape for Basketball and Football next year. I don’t know how or how long to work out. I need to get more muscle and tone it on my arm. Also my legs; calves. Can you help me out like tell me how, and how long to do it for, and how many times a week.

    I got a question. i am like SUPER skinny, I’m like 5″8 and 100 lbs. I’m a Sophmore in High School, which makes it worse. I want to get fit for Basketball and Football. Like I don’t know how or for how long I should work out. I need a good lean arm and toned muscular calves. How should i do it?
