I know. . all the guys 2day seem to blow up to 50 pounds over their comp weight. . none of the guys in the 80s or 70s ever got that fat offseason. . . I dont think haney has ever weighed more than 265 in his life. . sure if he wanted to he coulda got up to 300 pounds with his frame offseason but why?? he kept his health and his tiny waist because of it. . branch warren took 2nd at the O this year and if anyone thinks he looked better than 91 haney does not have a clue about bodybuilding
@collin355 plus its healthier , I wonder how many of the 250 guys gonna keep hitting 275 and up in the offseason
what I love bout this vid is this is Haney offseason and he looks like he aint even on the secret sauce. . . he nevr went more than 20 pounds over comp weigth in offseason if ever at all. . da guys 2day blow up to 290 pounds of jello offseason. . is that good? maybe if u like the thick bloated midsection look. . . haney was da the vice versa of ferrigno. . lou looked huge in the gym but on stage he looked small. . lee looked small at the gym but huge on stage. . most important element in BB. . . its called shape
Wow, I learned something new in regards to cable rows! I always thought that you should sit straight up with the legs slightly bent and row, while sitting up. I never knew that you were supposed to lean foward and really stretch out like he’s doing in this vid. Thats why I love bodybuilding vids! Now I feel like I’ve been cheating my back all these years

at my gym the compettitors are cocky and nuts. but when i get my pump they seem to become humble and i am big without steroids. but yet i dont judge anyone just be humble to everyone.
