    yea soy does raise estrogen. but you have to consume large amounts of it in order to raise such high levels of estrogen which would in order lower testosterone.

    Im not saying your wrong cause i find these videos useful but ive continuaously read that soy protein raises estrogen levels, y would a man want to do that, and ive read a whey isolate is the best way to go after your workout.
