@irocman88 hahahahahhhhhahhahahaahah over 400 lbs? thats pretty much not that impressive considering i was about to pull 400 lbs a few months after i started deadlifting and at that same weight. 180 lbs is still freakin skinny and doesnt make you a beast. crossfit is a joke. yea they have endurance but so what. anyone can get in condition. their strength is unimpressive. the average JC football player is way stronger than these homos hahaha

On another note you probably haven’t seen this in the U. S. Military because you’re Canadian. Yes they lift, ruck, and run. You do all that and more in some crossfit workouts. Ever heard of Sealfit? The military doesn’t expect their guys to be twig like. In fact, they tease them- they call them Jr. or tell them not to eat an M&M becuase then they’ll look pregnant.

I have yet to see anyone attempt this “method” and I sure as heck hope they never do because they will become weak and ineffective on the battlefield.

It trains energy systems and taxes you more than just about any other workout when done right. Either throw a vid up of you running through one of these “weak” workouts. . . Murph maybe(and remember, you need a 20lb vest to do it right)? if not, STFU. The workouts are not random. There is a method to coach’s madness.

u clown i dont train to do the crossfit games. lets see anyone in crossfit squat pull or bench or run as fast as me. thats what really matters. and i know about khalipa cause he is supposed to be what crossfit can make but hes not even that strong and has makes minimal gains. id overpower khalipa and murder him in a fight

whether or not you guys believe me doesnt change the fact that these guys are weak. even their top guys arent very strong. i pulled more than khalipa and squatted more than him after my first summer of hardcore westside training. and i bet im faster than him. crossfit is only good for old people and women. it works for endurance but when it comes to strength it is garbage unless u are a beginning lifter
That’s cool if you can say that you lift 550 now. . I would believe you if you had a video. . I can say now that I am the strongest “puller” in the world and that I can “pull” more than Bolton. And uhh sjktss is pissing me off lol. But my actual lifts aren’t too great for my size
