    You are absolutley right! Thanks for posting the vid. I use lifting straps for back training,partial reps for pushing exercises because of the ability to use more weight. I also perform 3 to 5 rest pause reps at the end of each set. I always tailor my workouts to make sure I have enough rest for recovery because overtraining can be counter productive.
