    There’s a guy in my class that’s skinny as fuck and you can see his six pack but really. . he’s just skinny that’s the only reason he has them.

    @MAMAMACHINE – Mostly protein. . lots of egg whites. His trainer cut out carbs which can lower the serotonin levels in your brain and make you have mood swings and sleeplessness, too.
